Horrible experience. I’m currently staying here, I ordered in room service the food did not arrive covered. It’s ok. It tasted HORRIBLE. I tried to call the reception the line is always busy! I went down the night staff spoke to me so rudely upon me explaining my situation, saying it’s not his hotel. I strongly believe if you work for something you represent it. So disappointed in the hospitality

الحمدلله كانت الاقامة جيده جدا من اليوم الثاني لكن في اليوم الاول كانت غير مناسبه لنا لعدم توافر الغرف المحجوزه لنا مع الاسف وتم اعطائنا غرف غير مريحه مع ذالك اشكرا الاخ علي في الاستقبال كان متعاون جدا معنا بعدها

Perfect stay in a comfortable hotel in Baku!
The hotel is located right in the centre and was very easy to find. A sign outside indicates the entrance. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Due to our early arrival they offered us a breakfast. Great. The staff asked us always if there was anything we needed when they saw us. At the checkout they printed us our boarding tickets out for free and ordered an airport transfer. I could highly recommend this hotel.
