Selam.1 haftalık konakladığım odamdaki yatağın çok uygunsuz olduğunu belirtmek isterim yatağın yayları tamamen uygunsuz ve rahatsız ediciydi (oda no 211). Konum olarak merkeziydi, temizlikden memnun kaldım, kahvaltısı normaldi. Personel iyiydi, ama resepsiyondan kumanda istedim tv için gelmedi. Bir de odada diş temizliği seti yoktu.

I got to this hotel by accident. But now I understand that this accident helped me. I really liked Passage Hotel! It's calm and beautiful! The location of the hotel is very good. The staff are young and handsome guys - always ready to help you.Now I know a hotel in Baku where I am always welcome.

Passage Boutique Hotel in Baku exceeded all my expectations. The staff was warm and attentive, the facilities top-notch, and its location near Nizami Street was convenient. The massage and spa services were rejuvenating, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Highly recommended!

Great Hospitality, superb staff, breakfast was delightfully made by a charming lady with lots of loveHorrible rooms family deluxe room is a joke nothing worked in the bathroom with all the pipes leaking no water pressure in the shower cleanliness was below mediocreon the whole not a great experience terrific location but no space for parking or getting in and out of a cab !!!

Lovely place, on Nizami Street, breakfast is good. They make lovely egg dishes. We also used room service for dinner, their mushroom soup was yumm. Very good experience overall. Cleanliness 10 on 10.

Personel ilgisi ve güleryüzü, konum, iyi ve güvenilir bir bölgede oluşu, check in ve out süresi ve kolaylığı, yeterli kahvaltısı, temizliği, 24 saat açık ve sorun çözücü resepsiyon vs gayet iyiydi.
