Super lokalita v centre mesta, zamestnanci hotela boli milí a ústretoví. Raňajky boli nad očakávania. Pri príchode sme požiadali o skorší check-in (o šiestej ráno) - hoci sme si zaň priplatili navyše, dostali sme na celý pobyt lepšiu izbu za cenu, ktorú sme mali za pôvodnú izbu.

Horrible experience. I’m currently staying here, I ordered in room service the food did not arrive covered. It’s ok. It tasted HORRIBLE. I tried to call the reception the line is always busy! I went down the night staff spoke to me so rudely upon me explaining my situation, saying it’s not his hotel. I strongly believe if you work for something you represent it. So disappointed in the hospitality

الحمدلله كانت الاقامة جيده جدا من اليوم الثاني لكن في اليوم الاول كانت غير مناسبه لنا لعدم توافر الغرف المحجوزه لنا مع الاسف وتم اعطائنا غرف غير مريحه مع ذالك اشكرا الاخ علي في الاستقبال كان متعاون جدا معنا بعدها
